Fluid flow with breath-synchronized movements, adventurous and totally transformative. Strengthen all muscle groups, the nervous and cardiovascular system. Gain body awareness and flexibility as you build endurance in the mind and body. Level 2/3 class.
An hour long class which begins with warm-up to build heat and prepare the muscles to for stretching deep. This class targets the primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, upper/lower back and the hamstrings. Flex Appeal is beneficial for athletes, those who sit for hours at a time, first time yogis and everyone in between. The focused stretching tones and lengthens the muscles, which will reduce tension throughout the body and put less strain on the skeletal system. All levels.
