Trap Yoga® is a full body workout that challenges the mind and body! This athletic style yoga with dynamic sequencing will build strength, increase flexibility and strengthen the cardiovascular system. Fluid flow with breath-synchronized movements, adventurous and totally transformative. Strengthen all muscle groups, the nervous and cardiovascular system. Gain body awareness in addition to flexibility as you build endurance in the mind + body. Advance Level Class. 



This dance infused yoga practice will leave you relaxed and feeling sexy. An hour-long class focused on stretching + movement. Build your Tapas (inner heat) while you roll and slink your body into asana. All Levels (Trademarked Flow) 


flex appeal 

A 75-minute class beginning with warm-up building inner heat through breath work, preparing the muscles to for deep stretching. This class targets the primary muscle groups surrounding the hips, upper/lower back and the hamstrings. For those working on splits, deeper backhanding and deeper flexibility. All Levels.



Flip that tail upside down! Inverted is a playful inversion class designed to get newbies and veterans off of their feet and inverted! This class offers modifications for those who are new to an inversion practice but it recommended for those with a working inversion practice. Intermediate/Advance level class.

 A restorative flow beneficial for athletes, those who sit for hours at a time, first time yogis and everyone in between. The focused stretching tones and lengthens the muscles, which reduces tension throughout the body and puts less strain on the skeletal system. Create more space in your body with this mellow flow. All levels.
